What is our lack of consistency costing us?! I need to start this month by coming clean... I asked my team to fill out a questionnaire to help me learn what my blindspots are. 😧
Maybe I'm alone in this, but in case I'm not... I want to share with you what I learned about how to stay consistent even when the goals are long-term or the task isn't something we love doing!
Here are A FEW ways to increase consistency:
- Be realistic about our goals
- Break our goals into smaller segments & CELEBRATE when we hit the smaller goals!
- Remember our "why"
- Get a tribe of supporters that you can be honest about your struggles with
- Remember that perfection is an illusion and give ourselves grace when we make mistakes
I hope me being transparent helps you see that we are all human. You are worth the hard work & you are NEVER alone!
