Rubber Meets the Road:

  1. Define What You Actually Stand For
    • Not what sounds good.
    • What you will hire, fire, and reward around.
  2. Audit Your Current Culture
    • Ask:
      • Is my team engaged… or just showing up?
      • Do they take ownership… or wait for direction?
    • That tells you everything.
  3. Recognize and Reinforce the Right Behavior
    • Culture grows where attention goes.
    • Call it out. Reward it. Repeat it.
  4. Address What You’ve Been Avoiding
    • If something is off…
    • And you’re not addressing it… That IS your culture.
  5. Lead It—Don’t Delegate It
    • You cannot outsource culture.
    • It starts and stops with you.
