- Ask:
- Is my team engaged… or just showing up?
- Do they take ownership… or wait for direction?
- That tells you everything.
- Ask:
- Recognize and Reinforce the Right Behavior
- Culture grows where attention goes.
- Call it out. Reward it. Repeat it.
- Address What You’ve Been Avoiding
- If something is off…
- And you’re not addressing it… That IS your culture.
- Lead It—Don’t Delegate It
- You cannot outsource culture.
- It starts and stops with you.
