   • Start giving:
     • Ownership
     • Decision-making power
     • Clear expectations
3. Create Clarity Around Roles
   • Thriving teams don’t guess.
   • They know:
     • What they own
     • What success looks like
     • What decisions they can make without you
4. Document What Lives in Your Head
   • If it only exists in your brain… It’s a liability.
   • Get it out of your head and into systems your team can follow.
5. Let Go (Even When It’s Uncomfortable)
   • This is the hard one… You cannot scale control. You scale trust.
