      • Go to bed earlier
      • Nap
      • Remove screens
      • Pray before sleep
    • You are not lazy. You are healing.
  3. Gentle Structure
    • Not rigid plans
    • Examples:
      • 10 minute walk
      • Protein at meals
      • Water first thing in the morning
      • Sunlight
    • Small consistency beats intensity.
  4. Talk to Your Body
    • Yes, really.
    • Say:
      • “Thank you for keeping me alive.”
      • “I’m sorry I’ve been hard on you.”
      • “We’re in this together.”
    • It sounds silly, but it works.
