- Perfection is not allowed in survival seasons.

- Let People Help (Without Managing Them)
- If people ask, “What can I do?”
- Send this: “If you really want to help, pick something and do it. A meal. A prayer. A text. A visit. I don’t have the bandwidth to decide.”
- You are not rude. You are protecting your capacity.

- Each day choose ONE:
- sit in silence for 5 minutes
- step outside
- take a hot shower
- listen to worship music
- cry
- breathe
- Not to “fix” you… to remind your nervous system it’s safe.
